Terms & Conditions

Nomination Dates:

  • Self-Nomination: June 18, 2025 – June 29, 2025

  • HOD Review: June 30, 2025 – July 06, 2025

All nominations/ reviews must be submitted within the defined timeline. Late or incomplete entries will not be considered.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • All active Unitile employees are eligible, based on the defined award categories and criteria.

  • Employees must be on company payroll at the time of the award announcement.

  • Employees exclusively working under the UniAcoustic entity are not eligible for this year, as a separate award cycle will be introduced for the brand in future editions.

  • Employees who have moved from other divisions to UniAcoustic or held dual roles must clearly outline their contributions under each role for the relevant year(s).

  • Employees who have transitioned from Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) or permanent blue-collar roles to white-collar positions may apply, subject to HOD approval based on tenure and performance.

 

Performance Requirements:

  • Must have received a rating of ‘Far Exceeds,’ ‘Exceeds,’ or ‘Meets Expectations’ in each of the past two appraisal cycles. (Excludes 'Rising Star' category. HR will share performance data for such candidates.)

Submission Guidelines:

  • All nominations must be submitted through the official platform, with all mandatory fields accurately completed.

  • Confirm eligibility for award categories by checking group joining date and grade on the KEKA portal.

  • All Employees, HODs and National/Regional Sales Heads submitting forms are requested to refer to the respective award category brief for complete details.

Supporting Documentation:

  • Include clear examples of impact—measurable outcomes, key milestones, or metrics.

  • Attach authentic supporting documents such as certificates, reports, or presentations.

  • Do not include sensitive, proprietary, or confidential information.

Content Restrictions:

  • AI-generated content is strictly prohibited and will lead to disqualification.

  • Multiple self-nominations are allowed across categories, but only one per category will be accepted. First submission will be considered.

 

Disqualification Criteria:

  • Misrepresentation or falsification of achievements

  • Submission of AI-generated, fake, or plagiarized documentation

  • Violation of company policies

  • Attempting to influence jury decisions

Evaluation Process:

  • Self-nominations will be forwarded to the respective HOD for review.

  • HOD feedback will be considered, but not used as the sole reason for disqualification.

  • HR team will validate entries for eligibility and compliance.

  • Valid nominations will be evaluated by a jury panel.

  • Final winners will be chosen by the Awards Committee, based on merit

 

Judging Criteria:

  • Relevance to the award category

  • Impact and measurable outcomes

  • Demonstrated innovation, leadership, or collaboration

  • Alignment with Unitile’s core values

Post-Nomination Process:

  • Shortlisted nominees may be asked to attend interviews, submit presentations or additional documents.

  • All information will be treated with strict confidentiality.

  • Jury discussions and deliberations will remain confidential and final.

Final Selection & Rewards:

  • Winners will be announced at the Annual Awards Ceremony in Pattaya on July 26, 2025.

  • Prize money will be disbursed with the following month’s salary and will be subject to TDS deductions.
